Hospital Evangelism

Marcel D., currently a student at MBS, is working together with a group of Romanian speakers on starting a Romanian speaking congregation in Chisinau.  They go to share the Gospel at a local hospital every week.  In Moldova, the hospital ward usually may house 4 to 8 patients who are undergoing treatment for weeks at a time.  Marcel and friends use this platform to share their testimonies and then the message of the Gospel.

Five People Room

      This last week Marcel had an opportunity to share the Gospel, but he felt very strong leading to share the overview of the end-time event he has studied during the Eschatology class at Moldova Bible Seminary for the previous two weeks.  Though it felt strange he proceeded wanting to be obedient to the Holy Spirit leading.  After sharing the group went on to other wards.  A little while later a woman came seeking for Marcel and once found she grabbed hold of his and said “I want to repent and become a Chrisitian.”  She was from the ward where he shared from Eschatology class.  He walked out with her to the corridor and asked her if she really understood the Gospel and shared that only God forgives sins.  The lady proceeded to pray and confess Jesus as Lord and Savior.  Marcel then prayed for her.  It is exciting to see how the Holy Spirit works through us as we listen to His voice of guidance.
