For three years in a row the summer outreach projects are completed by offering an Apologetics Camp with the goal to help provide a stronger foundation to those who came to know the Lord throughout the summer and for the young people who move from high-school to the world of academia. Many young people experience a crisis of faith when they face the atheistic academia. The goal of the Apologetics camp is to take a critical look at the various aspects of Christian faith. The camp focused on both a discipleship and evangelism as there is also a number of students who are still searching for truth. This year at least two of the camp participants made a firm commitment to follow Christ as the result of the camp. Every day began with a lecture focusing on grace as foundations of Chrisitan life. Rick McIver, the discipleship pastor of Grace Bible Church in Georgetown, TX, was the keynote speaker. Other topics presented were: Cosmological Arguments for the Existence of God, Evaluation or Creation, Worldviews, Living in the Age Post-truth, and a number of others. Special thanks to First Baptist Church (Belton, TX) for supporting this camp.

As many as 99% of elderly in Moldova receive a very small government pension. Such a pension is the only income for these people who live in a post-Soviet socialist reality. There is no private savings or company retirement. Their monthly check is hardly sufficient to cover basic needs. In August Kishinev Bible Church partnered with The Compass Church (Naperville & Wheaton, IL) to visit over four dozen homes and deliver food care packages as well as spend time sharing the Gospel and the love of Christ. This team comes with this main goal in focus for three years now. This is possible as the fulfillment of the concept of The Whole Church taking the Whole Gospel to the Whole World. The whole churchThe Whole Gospel to the whole wolrdThroughout the summer of 2018 KBC had a goal to visit over three hundred and fifty homes. A number of churches helped achieve this goal as they spend part of their time doing these visits: Community Bible Church, First Baptist Church Boerne, TX, Redeemer Midland, Fannin Terrace Baptist Church and First Baptist Church Belton, TX. KBC Elderly Ministry joined hands with The Compass Church in outreach toward many seniors in the neighborhood where Kishinev Bible Church actively serves. Many of those retired are bound to their homes and have no social lives. KBC came up with an idea to organize such events where believers and unbelievers may come together, have fun, have a meal and hear the Good News. fellowship and encouragementServing by lovingBingo!
